Grande Torino Tournament Joe Baker & Dens Law Shield 2017
The tournament will take place on Saturday 3rd of June 2017 in Kirkcaldy Scotland, at Balwearie High School 3G Astro turf, Balwearie Gardens Kirkcaldy KY2 5LY.
Meet there for 11 am to get teams organised, games will take place between 12 and 3 pm.
Changing room will be at the nearby Kirkcaldy Rugby club Balwearie Road KY2 5LT
Team registered to play are nine:
GeordieMunrovers, Rovers FFIT 1, Rovers FFIT 2 (all Raith Rovers), Scozia Granata (Torino Fc), Busby Babes (Manchester Utd), Dundee Utd, Celtic, Hibernian, Arsenal Scotland.
Games are developed like a mini league every team will play against each other once, game to last 15 minutes per game, more points guarantee the final victory, trophies for winner, best goal keeper, top goal scorer and one for each team are provided. Teams should provide 7 to 9 players, we aim to play 8 a side but as we do every year we will accommodate 7 a side if needed.
Fee is £10 per player it covers pitch, trophies, music and buffet (to take place at Kirkcaldy rugby club) after the games.
A whistle will signal start and end of game, Robbie and Donald will direct teams to the right pitch and playing orders, they will also collect game results, top goal scorer and best GK scores.
Two Footballs for pitch and a sheet per team with games time and rules listed will be provided for each team.
Keep in mind that this is a very friendly tournament; it will take place with no referee like a kick about between friends, we aspect good sportsmanship and gentlemen manners. While we have no problem with players committing fouls, we aspect players to recognised that and behave in an honest manner during the course of the games. The purpose of the games is to bring different football culture and stiles together as players taking part will travel from various part of Scotland, Italy, England, France and Ireland, this tournament is about friendship and football togetherness.

Il torneo si svolgera il 3 Giugno 2017 a Kirkcaldy in Scozia t Balwearie High School 3G Astro turf, Balwearie Gardens Kirkcaldy KY2 5LY.
Ritrovo per le 11 am per organzzare le squadre, le partite si svolgeranno tra le 12 e le 3 pm

Le squadre partecipanti sono 9:

La partite sono organizzate come un mini campionato, ogni squadra giochera contro tutte le altre una volta, chi fa piu punti ottiene la vittoria finale, trofei per vincitore, capocannoniere, miglior portiere uno per squadra sono previsti. Le squadre dovranno avere tra i 7 e i 9 giocatori, l obbiettivo e’ di giocare a 8 ma come tutti gli anni ci si potra adattare a giocare a 7.
Costo e’ £10 per giocatore per coprire i costi di campi, musica e buffet (previsti al Kirkcaldy Rugby Club) dopo le partite.
Un fischietto segnalera’ l inizio e la fine delle partite. Robbie e Donald indirizzeranno le squadre al campo giusto e nel corretto ordine di gioco, racoglieranno anche I risultati delle partite e I punteggi per il capocannoniere ed il miglior portiere.
Due palloni per campo saranno previsti e un foglio con ordine, orari delle partite e lista delle regole sara dato ad ogni squadra
Da tenere bene in mente che questo e’ un torneo molto amichevole, che si svolgera senza l’ausilio di arbitri, come una partita tra amici, ci aspettiamo sportivita e modi da gentiluomini. Non abbiamo problemi con giocatori che commettano falli, ma ci aspettiamo che il giocatore lo riconosca e si comporti in maniera onesta durante tutto il torneo. Lo scopo di queste partite e’ di riunire diverse culture e stili calcistici, visto che i giocatori partecipanti arriveranno da svariate aree della Scozia, Italia, Inghilterra, Francia e Irlanda questo torneo e basato sull amicizia e sull’unita che porta il calcio.
